The Presidential CEO Forum (PCF) successfully held the inaugural Information Tour at the Kapeeka Industrial Park, following its official launch by the Chairperson of Operation Wealth Creation (OWC), Gen. (Rtd.) Caleb Akandwanaho, in July 2025 in Gulu City.

Robinah Nabbanja delivered a direct, detailed, and decisive response to the private sector's most urgent concerns, committing the government to immediate action on critical infrastructure and personally vowing to champion the retreat's resolutions at the highest level of state.
In her closing remarks at the landmark 6th Bi-Annual CEO Retreat, Irene Birungi Mugisha, CEO of the Presidential CEO Forum (PCF), paid tribute to the vast collaborative effort and the dedicated "engine room" behind the scenes that delivered the landmark 6th Bi-Annual CEO Retreat.
